TERMS OF SERVICE

1. Account Setup and Security

You must be at least 18 years of age to use our services. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during the registration process and to keep your account information up-to-date at all times. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, and for any activity that occurs under your account.

2. Payment and Billing

Our web hosting plans are billed on a monthly, yearly, or biennially basis, depending on the method you choose. Payments are due on the anniversary date of your account setup. If payment is not received within 5 days of the due date, your account may be suspended or terminated. All fees are non-refundable, except as provided in our 30-day money back guarantee policy.

3. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes, and not to engage in any activity that violates any applicable laws or regulations. This includes, but is not limited to, transmitting or storing any material that is infringing, obscene, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable.

4. Copyright and Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of all content you upload to our servers. However, by uploading such content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute such content in connection with providing our services.

5. Termination

We may terminate your account at any time, with or without cause, by giving you written notice. Upon termination, your account will be deactivated, and all data associated with your account may be deleted. You may also terminate your account at any time, subject to the terms of your service plan.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any defects will be corrected.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall we be liable to you or any third party for any indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with our services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our liability to you for any direct damages shall be limited to the amount of fees you have paid to us under your service plan during the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These terms of service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which we are located, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms of service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the arbitration association in the jurisdiction in which we are located.
